Description
Reporting to the CFO and the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will assist in the leading of the day-to-day running of the finance team.
The role will provide greater commercial insight and challenge to the Group. This will result in higher quality, more accurate, insightful, and timely analysis.
- Management of a team of 5
- Oversee the month end process and perform the initial review of the board pack before presenting to the management team
- Setup P&L/cash-flow forecasting processes that utilise the integrated model
- Oversee and maintain the P&L and balance sheet R&O schedule
- Oversee and manage the audit process, ensuring timely delivery of audit deliverables and statutory financial statements
- Responsible for quarterly covenant reporting
- Conduct balance sheet reviews and support team with their reconciliations
- Manage adhoc information requests
- Business partnering exposure
Profile
The successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA or equivalent) with previous experience as a Finance Manager necessary.
This role will be very "hands-on" and is ideal for someone who is hungry, driven and who would be a good personality fit with a calm and collected demeanour.
