The Company
My client is a unique offering in the market place with a role that is going to provide variety and evolution within the family office set up. Working in a small office environment, you will have exposure to highly prominent business people but also be able to develop your accounting skills.
The Role
The role initially will have two core parts: firstly you will provide accounting functions across different entities which will include:
The second part of the role will include partnering this high net worth individual organising meetings, processing legal documents on his behalf, organising morning teas and general office duties.
As the family evolves their affairs, this role is going to morph into supporting the 2nd generation family office, and will move into supporting the accounting for Property management and other ad hoc duties as above for their different entities.
Your Profile
To be considered for this role, we are looking for an individual who can demonstrate the fit of the family values; loyalty, trustworthy and being able to work with highly confidential information. You will have some accounts experience but also administration experience. This client is happy for this individual to train on the job but obviously needs some base level Financial skill sets (Accounts assistant experience in the least). The role comes with a carpark and benefits. This is a 5 days in the office role but can offer flexibility.

- Reconciliations of accounts
- Update & maintain cash ledgers
- Receive monthly bank statements and reconcile
- Prepare Company annual returns
- Prepare invoices for services rendered
- Process accounts payable invoices
