-Maintain good records of all financial documents and ensure account transactions are up-to-date at all times.-Prepare and post accounting documents and assign to appropriate accounts, ledgers or journals.-Using accounting software to create spreadsheets and reports-Prepare all vouchers for payment and ensure that documents supporting have been verified and endorsed by pertinent personnel.-Prepare routine financial statements and reports.-Files and maintain all accounting and clerical records and reports pertinent to accounting or bookkeeping.-Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior/management.
