In-Tune Business Services Sdn Bhd is looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Clients' business, processes and accounts;
• Accurate & timely data entry of accounting transactions, banking transactions, bank reconciliations & SST;
• Have the knowledge to do closing of accounts;
• Prepare monthly financial statements for clients;
• Ensure all accounting and HR related statutory deadlines are adhered to;
• Liaise with external providers such as auditor and tax agent;
• Communicate with Clients on day to day matters;
• Supervision of junior staff.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance & Accounting with professional qualifications ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MIA / MICPA / ICAEW;
• Knowledge in cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks/Xero etc;
• Knowledge in MS Office;
• Able to speak, read and write in English fluently and articulate well when communicating with clients;
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus;
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in the same capacity;
• Have some SST knowledge or undergone some SST training;
• Customer-oriented mindset and attitude towards internal and external customers;
• A highly dependent person with a sense of urgency, responsibility & result-oriented;
• Able to work under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Living and willing to work in Puchong.
