Responsibilities:

Ensuring a proper invoicing and crediting of sales and repairs
Issuing credit notes and invoices for trade-in and replacement scanners
Resolving invoicing issues
Handling customer inquiries
Cooperating and supporting other departments
Participating in the month end closing process including various reconciliations
Our expectations:

University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable area
Very good Polish and English skills, spoken and written
Good, practical knowledge of MS tools, especially Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented team player with problem solving attitude and very good organization skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage
Experience from an international organization will be an advantage
