Duties:

Preparation of office budget and forecast

Prepare financial reports to the Managing Director

Prepare Tax computations and assist with payroll administration

Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Proper book keeping, payment receipts, and invoices

Maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers.

Bachelor's degree / HND in business or any relevant field

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Familiarity with accounting principles and Tally ERP/ Quickbooks software

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

5+ years of work experience, preferably, with experience in the construction sector.
