Sr. Financial Analyst

THE PERSON:

We are looking for candidates who are excited to work in a fast-growing team besidesposses excellent communication, organizational skills,able to work well with others and convey your teamwork skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages Disti rebate programs in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure Disti revenue accruals are accurately stated.
  • Solve issue on agreement creation, rebate and settlement.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly report & presentation deck for management review.
  • Ensures smooth month end close.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, GAAP & SOX key controls.
  • Lead /manage IT project assignments and process improvements.
  • Involve in KPI & metrics tracking and measurement.
  • Attend / drive meeting and conference calls.
  • Support internal and external Audit.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years of related working experience.
  • Proactive, an eye for detail, have an inquisitive mindand have the passion to sharpen your analytical skills.
  • Positive and can-do attitude, good business partnership skills and possess good communication skills.
  • Preferable to read and write in Chinese.
  • Assertive, creative and ready to work in a changing environment.
  • A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and a good team player.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to interact at all levels.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and macro knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.

  • ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Degree in Accountancy / Business Studies / ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification.
