For our Client, we are looking for Candidates for a position of an

AR Team Leader with German

Responsibilities:
- scheduling and overseeing day-to-day operations
- monitoring team performance and providing feedback
- praticipating in the hiring process as well as managing leaves of absence
- providing training and encouragement to team members
- identifying the areas of improvement and implementing new solutions
- supporting the management and participating in the transition processes

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in F&A area and at least 1 year of experience in team leading
- specialized degree
- fluency both in English and German
- experience in AR, Billing, CRM or C2C will be an asset
- knowledge of finance ERPs and MS Excel
- good organizational and leadership skills
