The role is a newly created Finance Business Partner, which is required due to a large volume of work that they have as a business currently. Its a full-time, permanent position.

Description
Based on site in Banbury, the Finance Business Partner's main responsibilities are:
- Developing, analysing, and presenting financial results to the leadership team
- Monitoring and evaluating performance against budget or forecast, identifying risks and opportunities, and reviewing results with cost center budget holders in the site
- Creating investment proposals for the site/liaising with various stakeholders
- Identifying or supporting cost savings initiatives or performance improvement initiatives
- Participating in the creation of the strategy for the site
- Creating the annual budget and periodic forecasts for the site
- Supporting new or renewed contract negotiations (e.g. energy)
- Providing relevant information or analysis for insurance claims
- Acting as the gate keeper of internal controls, inventory counts …
Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner will be:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
- English business proficiency (written and spoken)
Experience:
- Extensive experience in finance (controlling/accounting) or operational/process engineering
- Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries
Knowledge or specific business understanding
- Knowledge of controlling and financial methodologies and reporting
- Analytical / hands-on / flexible / solutions oriented
- Leadership skills
- Change management and process improvement
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is a salary of circa £45,000 along with a really impressive benefits package.
