The Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate person to join the Dexus Treasuryteam as a Treasury Manager collaborating with the wider Treasury function and external stakeholders in delivering the overall treasury strategy.

The role:

The Treasury Manager will assist with the development and implementation of funding and financial risk management activities across the Dexus platform. In undertaking these functions, you will utilise the various financial/treasury systems to assist in achieving best practice, efficient processes and excellent customer service. This role contributes to the delivery of the Dexus strategy in collaboration and conjunction with the broader Group Treasury team.

About you:

We are looking for a technically astute and inquisitive Treasury professional, who is analytical and commercial in their thinking style. You will be a seasoned Treasury professional in an Analyst/Manager or equivalent role ideally within the property, finance or banking sectors. You will be experienced in structuring and documentation of complex borrowing and risk management transactions, funding in global debt markets, developing complex financial models to evaluate business risks/drivers/insights and dealing with banks, rating agencies and debt investors. Over your career you have developed a real knack for building relationships with your stakeholders, enabling you to manage, influence and negotiate at any level, with ease. Being an analytical thinker, you will be used to working with detail however be commercially oriented and comfortable dealing with ambiguity, without compromising on quality.
