Job Details

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Drive month close activity, booking of Journals, P&L Analysis and report to SBG Finance team
  • Preparation of Latest estimate and variance analysis for the month, Quarter and Year
  • Run regular MOS with Sales and customer service team on the estimates and drive meeting the targets
  • Monitor functional indirect spend and ensure within the budget
  • Work closely with SPS and HBT GM’s in driving profitability, NPI, R&D sourcing cost and working capital
  • Ensure information availability for business reviews for India leadership and global reviews
  • Work on STRAP, AOP planning and SRO process for the MMS business

Qualifications Required:

  • Finance professional 6-10 years of finance experience across multiple domain & business partnering expertize.
  • Ability to meet Deadline, with high level of accuracy is must
  • Demonstrated Financial planning, analysis skills, in startups would be preferred
  • Excellent communication both written + verbal and interpersonal skill is must
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment across multiple functions and businesses
  • Strategic outlook with the ability to operate as a “change agent” for both the business and the finance function
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Strong presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Essbase, Business Objects and Hyperion Financial Management and should have flexibility to adapt to different ERPs/Reporting tools.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with financial prudence, should be self-driven and motivated
