The Role

The SAP Sales and Distribution Business Analyst will provide support to the global sales and customer service team as part of a newly formed team of SAP Business Analysts in our Penang, Malaysia facility. You should have a wide view of SAP SD configurations development and support.

In this role you will

• Provide global support to Sales and Customer Service users for all aspects of the system including Sales Orders, Quotes, Pricing, Invoicing, Documentation
• Take responsibility for support tickets from creation through to resolution
• Identify opportunities for additional projects and enhancements
• Handle Customer Service security requests
• Communicate and collaborate regularly with the US and MY based team members on initiatives

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems/Computer Science and/or a related Business focus such as Supply Chain
• Fluency in English and good communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 for both configuration and ABAP development
• Conduct tasks remotely
• Global support experience
• Ability to demonstrate good documentation skills along with the ability to communicate problems quickly and concisely
• Experience with working within a matrix organization
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills
