The Day Job
SSCL are looking to recruit a Team Leader on a 12 month FTC to support the Data Stewardship and HR queries for SSCL's client CITB. As part of the role you will be supporting and ensuring that the team adheres to the Service Level Agreements and delivers a quality service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships
  • Train and coach team members but also mentor and support more complex pieces of work.
  • Undertake quality assurance for the team's work within own area of expertise and provide feedback to the team.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and update of procedures and flow of information to process assistants.
  • Run reports, extract data and analyse the data, as the service requires, often using spreadsheets and statistical techniques
  • Measure performance of the process assistants and feedback to operations management in own area. Conduct regular 121's, providing constructive feedback
  • Respond to, and resolve queries, taking action as appropriate and identify any preventative measures.

Required skills
You need to have:

  • Managerial experience within administration/contact centre environment.
  • Numerate and able to process complex data
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Able to use initiative and exercise sound judgment
  • Articulate and able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Able to coach and mentor junior members of a team

It would be great if you had:

  • Very strong understanding of relevant ERP system e.g. Oracle
