We have been selected to work on a search, seeking to find an experienced Finance Analyst to join the fantastic team in London.

The successful Finance Analyst will:

Responsible for the financial modelling (IRR) to assist with the attainment of new funding lines.Financial reporting for individual transactions (completion, redemption & loan statements)Managing loan book from inception to redemptionTake ownership of budgetary controls and corporate expensesProvide co-ordinated analyst and reporting of annual accounts

What we look for in a Finance Analyst:

Finance Analyst experience - ideally within specialist property finance lendingConfident in financial modelling, to be used for decision making, forecasting, and undertaking complex analysisEducated to degree level with advanced Excel skills will be advantageous
