responsibilities:

• To support the implementation and improvement of the ERM framework focused on insurance, market, credit, liquidity, strategic & business risk as well as the delivery of actuarial elements of Solvency II outputs.
• Promote & embed best practice in managing risk and impact on the business. Working collaboratively with other Business Partners.
• Guide the 1st line in maintaining risk registers & documenting controls through facilitating workshops.
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of emerging risks.
• Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicators.
• Support the business regarding incident management and root cause analysis.
• Deliver daily as well as scheduled risk reporting.
• 2nd line oversight of strategic change programmes.
• Lead on and assist with internal risk projects.

Essential candidate requirements:

• Qualifies actuary.
• Hands on Solvency II Framework experience.
• Come form an insurance or investment background.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Team player who can work collaboratively.
