Post Completion Clerk - Conveyancing
Northampton
Salary - Competitive
Hours - fulltime We are currently recruiting for a Post Completion Clerk to join a highly reputable, friendly Conveyancing firm within Northampton.
The selected candidate must have a minimum of 12 months + experience in a similar role, coupled with knowledge of the Conveyancing process.

Duties
Dealing with clients both by telephone and in person.
Dealing with the Land Registry, Mortgage Lenders, and other relevant parties.
Booking in files to the Department effectively.
Linking post to Conveyancer's files.
Making applications to facilitate the first registration of legal Title at the Land Registry.
Responding to any Requisitions or queries raised by the Land Registry and other relevant parties.
Diarising and dealing with retentions held on client ledger accounts.
Preparing files for closing and electronic archiving. The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills gained from previous experience working within a post completion team.
You will enjoy working as part of a team and also adaptable to the changing requirements of the range of clients dealt with.
Prior experience within a law firm, financial services/mortgage provider, estate agency or other property-related organisation - essential
Knowledge of the conveyancing life cycle.
You may also have experience in one of the following roles: Conveyancing Assistant, Property Administrator
