Audit Senior - Cambs - Perm - Full time - £Comp DOE
Are you a recently or near qualified Accountancy professional? Do you have practice experience? Are you looking to continue your professional development within a friendly and progressive team?
My client, a long standing and highly successful Chartered Accountancy firm, are looking to add to their client focused and quality driven Corporate Finance team. Their continued success can be attributed to their pro-active and progressive approach to client services, and their commitment to SME's within East Anglia.
Using your knowledge of Audit and compliance, and ability to build client relationships, you will consult and collaborate with SME's throughout the statutory and non-statutory audit process. Your pragmatic approach and wider focus will allow you to deliver a service which highlights efficiencies, identifies weaknesses, and adds value to their organisation. Using your accounting roots and developed service knowledge, you will enable my client to deliver an all-round provision.
Your duties will include;
Audit and Accounting
• Main point of contact to clients
• Planning, supervising and completing client audits
• Corporate and personal tax returns
• VAT returns
• Planning, performance and preparation of draft accounts and tax computations
Team
• Mentor, supervise and coach junior staff
• Delegate tasks effectively
• Review work of junior staff
• Assist Partners and managers as required
