FJR have partnered with an excellent, well known brand who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller who is a 2nd or 3rd time mover with a top 4 or 10 background to join their business, as they continue to grow exponentially.

Reporting into the CFO and working closely with the Executive Directors, you will be will be responsible for:

• Acting as a business partner to the management team, advising on key business decisions providing timely and accurate financial reports
• Production of monthly management accounts and KPI reports
• Working with managers across the business setting out budgets and forecasts
• Manage the annual audit and risk process
• Cash flow management, overseeing the ledgers, VAT, treasury
• Manage 1 direct report, leading by example by motivating team members to continuously enhance performance
• Manage the delivery of year end close and preparation of statutory accounts
• Lead of corporate support, liaising with external parties including customers, auditors, financiers

Ideal candidate:

• Fully qualified accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Top 4 or Top 10 background with industry experience
• Experience of business analysis and of interrogating, analysing and presenting management information / financial data to inform decision making
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
