The team is highly cohesive and works together to ensure coverage across all business areas of BNZ.

Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

You will develop and deliver BNZ's Financial Crime Assurance plan and ensure BNZ's frameworks meet obligations and are consistent with the wider Group.

As our SME you will provide advice and guidance to the 1st Line of defence on matters relating to AML/CFT, sanctions and anti-bribery and corruption and also relieve other functions within the 2nd line financial crime risk function as needed.

You will prepare compliance internal and external reporting and contribute to the Bank's annual AML/CFT report to the regulator.

You will have solid experience operating in a risk and compliance role in a large organisation.

You will have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to present information in a clear and structured manner across a variety of different media.

With proficiency in data analysis and manipulation, you will be confident analysing data using tools and turning this into business-centric information.
