Job Description :
Amazon India is seeking highly analytical and detail oriented candidate to join the Grocery team in Bangalore.

•
• The candidate should love working with business intelligence tools, can model multidimensional datasets, and can partner with business leaders to answer key business questions.

•
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.

•
• Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve marketing campaign targeting and measurement in the future.

•
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.

•
• Ensure KPIs are published and reviewed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and perform analysis on any behaviors / processes that could impact on data integrity.
Basic Qualifications :

•
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math or Statistics. Master's degree preferred.

•
• Analytical skills - has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions.

•
• Math skills - has ability to work with numbers.

•
• Organization skills - demonstrated ability to work independently to make complex investigations, has self-discipline, is diligent and can manage time appropriately.

•
• Communication skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken) in English. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories.
Preferred Qualifications :

•
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math or Statistics.

•
• 2+ years of experience in an Analytics role.

•
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel Macro and Windows based applications.

•
• Hands-on Advanced SQL knowledge required.
