The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Understand and support the strategic architecture design principles and standards, Help business in scoping requirements and apprise them of various solutions alternatives to set achievable requirements which meet business objectives

Business
  • Analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights for the business users, operational efficiency and internal and external reporting liquidity metrics

Processes
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc

People and Talent
  • Build the appropriate culture and values to be a role model. Acquire new skills to keep up the system update to date and to align bank wide new initiatives

Regulatory %26amp; Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Commerce / Finance/ Business, hands-on / working experience on the advanced / expert technical competencies
  • Regulatory reporting (e.g. PRA, MAS, BOE)
  • Finance domain knowledge
  • Requirements Gathering / Documentation
  • Treasury / Liquidity knowledge
  • Agile Methodology (User Stories, Epics, Tasks)
  • Tableau dashboard (BI Tool)
