Product Lead (SM) - Digital / Online /Internet Banking
Position Description:
Person will be responsible for leading the Internet Banking product team and coordinating across functional areas including Marketing, Operations, Legal and Compliance, Risk Management, and Business Technology. This position will play a leading role in the development of technical advancement of product and services.
Responsibilities

• Liaison activities between the Product Team, Implementation, Technology Team, Audit & compliance, Marketing, Information Security etc.
• Facilitate Project, Product, Compliance, Audit, Ops Risk approvals
• Provide support to Project/Product Team to carry out specific research, analytical, and/or group discussion facilitation etc.
• Outreach to businesses for the purpose of engaging employee in the project and process planning
• Maintain & compile data collected during strategic planning / brainstorming sessions
• Present project updates in Steering Committee Meetings
• To execute Institutional and Industry Tie ups
• To do a central level project planning; development of POC, CUG / open market pilot, soft launch and handover to business / operations
• Other related responsibilities assigned time to time by Team Leader
• Identify new business requirements and forward them to the technology department
• Monitor trends and recommend the value-adding retail banking services for the bank
• Prepare and submit technical business cases as well as MIS reports to management periodically
• Managing product marketing through Mailer, SMS, collaterals etc.
• Product promotions through alliances, offers and discounts
• Monitor progress of project management activities & escalate delays to the senior management
• Review usage, flow and frequency of usage of Internet services and recommend necessary changes
• Articulate and compare alternative approaches, demonstrate creative problem solving
• Generate solutions using analytical skills and business knowledge
• Challenge processes & identify improvements; provide technical/operational advice
• Business measurements including cost and expense; Budgeting and planning

Track & promote customer adoption& publish updates dashboards to management Qualifications :

Experience:
Minimum 5 to 9 years of experience in Internet/ Online Banking Product/Project Management in Digital Banking domain
