CRM Manager
Leading & Monitoring the team of Client Relation executives, ensuring best client experience via adherence to defined process
• Leading the office admin team to ensure office is kept in best shape to welcome clients & partners for faceto-face meetings at all times.
• Proper work assignment amongst team members to ensure all activities are handled in timely manner
• Initiating interactions with business leads given by CEO or received through various sources to understand client needs
• Ensuring Walk In customers are handled properly & scope for additional services is explored
• One-to-One meetings with current & prospective clients to inform them about our company & offer best solutions to them.
• Updating details to lead database for discussions with new leads or Current Clients requesting for additional services
• Present best impression of the company & push clients to take up company's services during all client & partner interactions
• Interact with customer to collect all necessary information by Filling up Client Information Form
• Conducting CAP4 Analysis to be conducted & confirm loan eligibility & taking decision on which institute to recommend for loan purpose
• Based on financial institute selected, sharing Service offering & costing details & handling objection from customers' side
• Arranging for document pickups from clients by assigning field executives with proper list of documents needed
• Conducting through check of documents received from clients before presenting same to Operations team
• After sanctioning of loan, calling Clients & sharing Sanction Letter & Disbursement requirements for quick disbursement
• Supporting Operations team in Post-Disbursement activities such as Handling client communication for default case list as received from LIC, or collection of Nash Details updates on regular basis from clients
• Keeping tab on customer's current Rate of Interest & offering better optional if possible for 1+ year old cases.
• Handling current clients calls for any support needed about their loans such as Connecting with clients for IT Certificates, Rescheduling of EMIs, Change of Contact details, Part-payment
• Ensuring all client documentations & quires are handled in prompt & error free manner to ensure quick execution of clients' loan related requirements
• Calling back older clients of the company to confirm possibilities of loan transfers, refinancing or regular services & in case of positive response, ensure that loan transfer/ refinancing or closure requirements are met in time.
• Maintaining office administration in proper manner to ensure that work is done in efficient manner & client get positive experience when they visit the office.
