The Company:
Our client is a leading innovative International company

Main duties:
To process and control transactions by monitoring customer accounts in the Benelux region

The Role:
- To monitor customer accounts within the allocated region
- To process manual invoices and supporting sales transactions
- To collect Debt over designated countries
- To ensure all information is up to date
- To clear debit balances on a monthly basis
- To liaise with different departments such as Finance, Sales and Customer Service
- To liaise and build working relationships with customers and suppliers
- To ensure excellent Customer Service

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and / or Dutch, Flemish & English (Written & spoken)
- Relevant experience within a similar role, ideally in a Finance Shared Service Centre
- Experience of Oracle Financial Systems is highly desirable
- Experience and or knowledge of activities in compliance with internal controls
- Experience of working with a fully integrated ERP system
- Computer literate (Intermediate Excel knowledge)
- Excellent communication & customer focused
