As the Operational Risk Manager in the our European Investment Management Risk team, you will have the opportunity to apply your risk skills and experience to play a key role in implementing the risk strategy.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Investment Management Business , our central Risk Management Group and other specialist areas to reinforce a culture of risk management.

Reporting to Director, Operational Risk, this role will cover Op Risk for European entities and be based in Luxembourg. The Risk team supports the business in providing risk guidance on the processes, controls, new products and opportunities.

We would expect you to have a continuous improvement mindset and be comfortable interpreting and balancing commercial issues within a risk framework, coupled with 2 to 5 years relevant experience within the financial services industry (e.g. Operational Risk, Internal or External Audit, Risk management, etc.). Your communication skills and ability to leverage relationships will be integral through your responsibilities across all relevant business areas.

You have a strong achievement drive, are highly motivated, and excel at working both independently and collaboratively in a global organization.

Your strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work both independently as well as collaboratively within a team will be essential in this position. Knowledge of French and German is an advantage.
