Job Description :

• Driving Day to Day business anlytics of seller credit,setting metrics related business and tracking of the same.
• Will be involved in building model for large ticket credit and predictive analysis
• Setting up automation in process to decrease overall TAT
• Tracking performance against plan/experiments and providing performance insights
• Enable leadership in decision making with the help of analytics
• Providing key metrics visibility to large team and enabling them

Technical & FunctionalCompetence-

• Strong foundation in statistical methods
• Have experience of working on large data sets using SQL/Hive
• Hands on experience on Python/ R to analyze large data sets and create models
• Analytical thinking and high level of comfort with numbers
• Should be able to do analytics articulation of Business Problems
• Excellent data interpretation and analysis
• First principle problem-solving approach
