Key Responsibilities
: Process recurring billing & incurred billing Entering MIP billing - ad hoc billing Manage/ monitor query resolution related to invoicing EMEA Standard Billing Process Prepare Billing Summary Prepare financial reports for clients and management Coordinate with business on billing requirements Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedures Prepare Billing Team KPI & ensuring SLA met Drive continuous improvement in billing management
Required Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in English is mandatory as this role will require constant communication and dealings with our internal stakeholders and counterparts in the region Experience in Billing Management is required Experience with MS Office is a must with good proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Word ERP system knowledge is preferable Well organized & able to keep set deadlines Good communication skills High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure & independently with minimal supervision Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change Minimum 3 years' experience in a Finance/SSC environment A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team
