Description
- Drive and assist the development of relevant systems
- Lead existing financial reporting processes in align with the business
- Identify any improvements to increase efficiency
- Work collaboratively cross functionally to ensure the smooth installation of programmes
- Lead and manage reviews to all stakeholders working with FRS
- Ensure compliance is met with the group (statutory & regulatory)
- Manage the accurate preparation of monthly financial management accounts in a timely manner
Profile
- Fully qualified accountant
- Financial services knowledge and experience
- Experience in change management accounting and improving processes
- Previous experience and knowledge of IFRS, in particular IFRS17
- Any experience in lean or six sigma on a project basis would be beneficial
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- People management experience and motivated leader
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail, analytical and curios to add input for continuous improvements
Job Offer
- Base salary from £50,000 to £60,000
