The team you will sit within though in compliance is a lean team, allowing you plenty of line management exposure, who will be sure to help you on your development journey as you learn and challenge yourself in the position.


Your new role

In your new role as Senior Compliance Analyst - you will be working on contract and commercial compliance. This isn't typical 'box ticking' compliance, but looking at commercial contracts with clients around the world, analysing the numbers involved and working with wider business units such as Internal Audit & Finance to ensure the business is getting the best deal.

There will be room for you to work on both large and smaller projects - increasing exposure to senior members of staff around the World, who you will need to liaise with, pushback on and gain influence with.


What you'll need to succeed

• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience working with Contract Reviews would be ideal
• Relevant qualification with Finance, Compliance or Legal sectors
• Knowledge of business with multiple moving parts
• Ability to live and work in the UK without restriction
