Payroll Manager
Jenson Fisher have been engaged on an exclusive basis by a highly reutable organisation based in Stirling to recruit a Payroll Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage a team of 4.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to Finance Director manage a team of 4 payroll staff
- Managing 14 separate payrolls over 2000 employees both salaried and hourly paid
- Oversee the submission and processing of timesheets
- Manage the Pensions Auto Enrolment process including opt outs
- Reconcile and balance payroll accounts
- Compile and introduce robust compliant payroll procedures
- Oversee benefits administration
- Liaise with HMRC and other official bodies as required
- Ensure all RTI reporting requirements are met on a monthly basis
- Ensure maintaining and production of P11D annually
- Administration of Auto Enrolment pension scheme
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrable payroll management experience gained in a large organisation
- Working knowledge of UK Tax and NI Calculations, Statutory payments
- Working knowledge of Auto Enrolment pensions
- Ability to understand technical payroll and pensions queries
- A Proactive approach to work and problem solving
- Must be proficient in Excel, to be able to use Vlookup and Pivot tables
