Billing Analyst Role

Do you have billing experience in telecoms or cloud consumption? Would you like to work with a team of young dynamic developers on an award winning platform?

If the answer is yes, we need to talk!

Key Billing duties:

" Providing customers with a high level of care and support
" Monthly billing runs
" Resolving any billing issues from customers
" Supporting and training customers to make the most of our feature rich software
" Supporting the development team with testing

You will also have the opportunity to support customer onboarding, including training new customers.

You must have experience of working with telecoms billing platforms (Intelligent billing, ABILLity, Union Street, Cascade, Aurora, Strategic Imperatives, Inform Billing).
