Operational Tax Manager, In-House

£80,000 + geographical flexibility, benefits and bonuses

We are searching for an Operational Tax Manager, in-house for a leading financial services group. With full flexibility over the geographical location, this position will report to the Head of Product taxation and centre on providing advice and support around the assets held across the group. The focus of the role will be operational in nature, however, will involve interaction with a wider variety of taxes, depending on the successful candidate's offering.

The successful candidate's CV:

• Qualified ACA/CTA, likely operating at Manager level in the Big 4 (or equivalent, in-house)
• Experienced in AEOI, CGT, transfer taxation and international withholding taxes.
• Strong technological proficiency, including prior experience with in-house ERPs and a solid excel skillset.
• Proven record of identifying inefficiencies and driving tax, administrative and process improvements.
