Working for an established UK wide manufacturing company, based at the Peterborough site, we are recruiting for a temporary Global Account Manager with a start date of the beginning of March for a period of 8 months, with potential to extend to 12 months. The role will be working from home initially with an expectation to work onsite when guidance changes.

You will function as an Account Manager service providers on a global basis; leading the annual meetings for all service providers, reviewing their performance, looking for gaps and resolving them from an aftermarket perspective. Evaluate annual contracts with the service providers and coordinate the negotiating of these contracts whilst co-ordinating and evaluating new service providers and co-ordinating information that goes out to the field for new products, product updates and new training. There will be a requirement to perform audits and assessments for existing service providers.

Your background must include project management experience and direct customer contact.

• Execute certification for branches and dealers in distributor territory Auditing certification status for branches and dealers
• Communicating upcoming readiness activities for inclusion in the distributor annual operating plan Ensure the ability to deliver, maintain and communicate parts, information, tools, and training requirements for all Value Package Introduction and New Product Introduction launches
• Execute training plans between service provider and training centres Participate in contract management with channel partners Monitor and report progress against plan to key stakeholders
