IT Auditor - Edinburgh

We are working with one of the worlds largest investment companies to support growth within the Audit Department. This newly created IT Audit role will play a vital role in providing assurance and strategic priorities within technology, digital, security and resilience risks.

This IT Audit job will require you to conduct risk and control technology and information security audits across various lines of business and provide expertise advice and reports to business unit mangers. You will be working on a diverse audit portfolio across cyber security, resilience, digital development, and governance using a risk-based approach.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct risk-based audits effectively in line with budgets and timescales

- Manage a portfolio of audits though planning, execution, reporting findings to management teams

- Identify the root cause of control issues and recommend practical solutions

- Report and identify findings and make recommendations according to findings

- Work with Head of Audit and Key Stakeholders to build partnership and relationships across business units

Requirements:

- 3+ years Audit Experience

- CA, CISA, CISM, CISSP designation or working towards is preferable

- In depth knowledge of technology internal audit or risk

- Experience within Financial Services is a strong asset
