Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting for a leading business as they look to recruit a Commercial Management Accountant for their Head Office site in Mansfield.

The role will report straight into the Financial Controller and is vital in providing support to business integrations, as well as assuming ownership of the accounting responsibility for some of the group's subsidiary companies.

They are looking for a qualified accountant with a mix of strong analytical, commercial and communication skills. This is a hybrid role covering both management accounting principals and finance business partnering responsibilities. They are therefore looking for a highly skilled accountant who has the energy and drive to add the value required and approach the role with the mindset of achieving maximum efficiencies at all times.

Supporting core business functions and operating in a commercial environment, duties will include but will not exhausted to: -

*Finance lead in relation to acquisitions and integrations
*Full business partnering to manage budgets and forecasts and drive improved financial controls
*Full responsibility for all aspects of accounting in relation to the assigned portfolio
*Review and present the monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
*Ensure reporting requirements are delivered timely and accurately
*Oversee the general accounting processes and reconciliation of all trial balances
*Liaison with external auditors to ensure smooth planning and coordination of the audit process
*Analysis of financial data
*Oversee preparation of VAT Returns
*Continued accounting process improvements
*Ad-hoc project work

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

?Minimum 2 years' post qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
?Excellent Excel Skills
?Strong organisational and analytical skills
?Be highly motivated and able to meet deadlines
?Ability to work independently but also enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment
