JOB OPPORTUNITY : Account Manager

They are currently seeking to expand their team with an additional Account Manager to help them to maintain and grow their expanding client base.

Purpose of the roleYou will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.

With our clients growing client base, it is essential that the companies clients continue to feel supported and valued and for their experience with the company to be an enjoyable one.

Responsibilities will include
Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Generate sales among client accounts, including up and cross-selling
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Communicate client needs and demands to relevant department / staff
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Required skills & abilitiesTo be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent commercial acumen and verbal, written and presenting skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to Board level
  • Be personable
  • Hard working and self-motivated
  • Be attentive/Have a high attention to detail
The OfferAs well as the opportunity to work as part of an exciting, growing company, our client offers you the chance to play an integral part in a dynamic, intimate, focussed and productive team. They'll also offer a competitive basic salary based on your experience ranging between £25,000 to £35,000. There is also an attractive commission structure in place.
