Job Description :
The purpose of Amazon Fresh is to provide ultrafast (2 hour and same day scheduled) and reliable delivery for products that customers need or want fast. Customers find their daily essentials and a curated selection of Amazon's top-selling items on Amazon Fresh. The program is highly cross-functional in nature, intensive and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created.
Amazon Fresh IN is looking for a talented, driven and experienced Business Analyst for its Grocery and Consumables business. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the key priorities of the organization by insights mining and data modelling to make high impact decisions. Joining the team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Key deliverables of the role:

• Provide customer and vendor data and insights for better impact decisions

• Create and publish category scorecards & campaign performance reports

• Create and publish reports to deep dive on order economics, advertising, deals & new launches

• Automate data templates and reports

• Develop and Train Biz Ops for organizing and reporting where automation not possible

• Build a SQL repository for adhoc requests and reports

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative discipline.

• Technical skills - Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and statistical analysis tools and techniques.

• 2-5 years of experience in hands on Analytics, dash-boarding, querying

• Strong Analytical skills - has ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusion relevant to the business problem.

• Communication skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken) in English. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories. Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data.

• Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams for implementation of project and program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications :
Proficient with reporting tools like Tableau.
Proficient with statistical tools like R and statistical techniques like Regression, Cluster Analysis etc.
