Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant %26ndash; Business Analyst
In this role you will be responsible analyze current application and suggest innovative, efficient solutions to business users, translate business needs into IT requirements and onboard developers on the same and support business users on functional issues.
Responsibilities!

Analyze current application and suggest innovative, efficient solutions to business users
Translate business needs into IT requirements and onboard developers on the same.
Support business users on Functional issues.
Follow Software Development life cycle and processes.
Capture requirements and create use cases following Agile practices and feature driven methods
Execute test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.
Prepare and conduct functional reviews and training sessions.
Work with clients across multiple locations and maintain a consistent delivery
Ability to raise factual alerts %26amp; risks when necessary.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tec

Preferred qualifications

Expertise in Finance / Accounting to provide efficient functional solutions to Business.
Experience as a Business Analyst in Accounting / Finance domain
Strong fundamentals in Finance domain
Experience in Database Queries and Procedures
Have experience in Application Support on the Functional issues.
Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented.
Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods will be an added advantage.
Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.
Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.
Capability to works with clients and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.
Ability to work closely in a team environment.
Willing to work primarily in Functional Support and also in Change Requests.
Problem solver, thinker and analyzer.
Solution challenger when relevant.
Excellent verbal %26amp; written communication skills
Tactful negotiating skills
Test automations on Non regression tests etc.
Organized and practical.
