As a result our client is looking for Finance Operations Manager in a fixed term contract until December 2022. Your new role
This role will report into the Deputy Director of Finance and work alongside the current Finance Operations Manager to oversee transactional finance and manage the day to day operations. This role has come about due to the secondment of the current post holder to a long-term project. You will have the opportunity to work part-time (29 hours per week, 4 days ideally), leading the operational finance team consisting of around a dozen employees. You will oversee the organisations' transactions, managing cash flow and income whilst seeking to improve the way in which these transactions are tracked and reported. You will act as a conscientious Finance Business Partner to liaise with multiple department heads and employees to relay financial information and solve financial queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified finance professional who has had previous exposure working for large, multi-departmental business. You will be available for a start date of May 3rd (or notice dependant) to work alongside the Senior Stakeholders. You will have gained extensive experience managing finance teams and overseeing transactions both nationally and ideally, internationally.
