Your Role: You will take full ownership of the Credit Control function for Tibus, Simply Zesty and The Web Bureau. Including billing, management of customers, chasing and securing payment within agreed terms of business, receiving incoming emails and telephone calls from customers and providing regular reports to meet set targets, KPI's and deadlines.

Day to Day:

  • Chase collection of outstanding payments from customers and handle all incoming queries.

  • Investigate and raise account queries, monitor and chase resolved queries and maintain accurate customer records.

  • Action all queries/ emails within agreed timescales/ SLA's.

  • Provide Monthly Cash Flow forecast for assigned ledgers and raise journal amendments.

  • Action monthly aged debtor report downloads and issue dunning notices.

  • Record and analyse data to provide comprehensive reporting, attending ledger review meetings to provide data and reasons for outstanding invoices.

  • Review unallocated cash across all accounts and contact customers.

  • Validate and upload completed billing templates, reconcile the monthly billing and raise and process refund requests.

  • Manage and maintain Direct Debit customer monthly payments.

What we're looking for from you:

  • A Credit Controller with an excellent understanding of Credit Control practices and procedures who is looking for a challenging, fast paced role with tight deadlines.

  • Excellent IT skills including intermediate/advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) and ideally experience using Google Workspace/G Suite (Gmail and docs). A working knowledge of SAP would also be advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and data management skills along with the ability to manage various work streams simultaneously.

  • An excellent team player capable of flexibility and working with ambiguity.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating the ability to work under your own initiative.

  • Excellent organisation skills and communication skills with experience of process improvements and developing reporting tools for management and exec level.
