Allianz Global Corporate & Speciality have a number of internship opportunities available for Summer 2021 based in several departments across the business.

The successful candidates will participate in AGCS’s 12-week internship programme with the aim to gain experience and exposure to the London insurance market. The programme will comprise on-the-job learning, self-study, Q+A sessions with industry experts and access to our virtual learning platform.

Key Responsibilities 

In the role, you will…

• Proactively support the preparation of the Underwriting process
• Develop and maintain peer-level relationships with brokers
• Deliver effective and efficient Underwriting support for internal and external customers
• Proactively liaise with other functions to ensure timely and accurate policy administration
• Carry out independent research for your department

Key Requirements/ Skills

• Interested in a career in insurance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and able to demonstrate a confident and professional manner
• Team player with analytical abilities and willingness to learn
• Research skills
• A self-starter who takes accountability for their work
