Project/Programme Manager Location: Katowice

We are looking for you:

• If you have 3+ years proven experience in managing client-facing international projects, preferably with IT scope,
• If you have collaborative approach, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders,
• If you have demonstrated leadership with a focus on getting things done,
• If you have fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently,
• If you have strong analytical skills, excellent in planning and paying attention to details,
• If you have excellent communication skills with ability to manage expectations,
• If you are able to work under pressure to strict deadlines and to cope with a rapidly changing environment,
• If you speak fluent English,
• If you are proficient with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.

You'll get extra points for:

• Experience of project management/Agile delivery tools and methods,
• Experience and understanding of IT Security topics,
• Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.
• Knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques.
