Your main tasks would be:

• You will be a key member of the account and business analytics teams, responsible for the delivery of business intelligence and data governance solutions across all service line for Client.
• Partnering with a Client to deliver value using data and governance processes.
• You own data strategy and the whole dashboard delivery process - from understanding Clients' needs, requirements gathering through data sourcing, agile development of dashboards and analytics in Business Intelligence software to hyper care and on-going support after the delivery.
• You will be responsible for BI developers and data governance team' delivery for all service lines making sure you generate synergy between different roles dedicated to the Client
• You act as Single Point of Contact in terms of data analytics, business intelligence and data governance for the Client and the account for all service lines.
• You propose initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, data visualization and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Client/Stakeholder Management

• Managing stakeholders' needs taking into consideration capacity and funding limitations
• Understanding Client strategy
• Collect Client requirements in terms of data and analytics requests in all service lines and translate it into:
  • Data strategy: definition, planning and execution
  • Roadmap and resource planning (time and cost)
  • Measurables outcomes - Objectives and Key Results
• First point of contact to the Client in terms of data, business analytics
• Proposing new analytics/data initiatives/solutions
  
  

Business Intelligence and Data Governance Team Management

• Managing the team of BI developers
• Making sure BAU service (regular, ad-hoc reporting) is delivered and back-up is in place and the team delivers value add (more than BAU).
• Setting standard procedures for BA CLIENT services aligned with wider BA team.
• Participating in escalations and resolving critical issues.
• Support with hiring new employees, participating in interviews, preparing documentation, establishing the process etc.
• To set - up and review goals according to CLIENT Strategy.
  
  

Internal CBRE Stakeholder Management

• Understanding commercial and KPI in the contract between CBRE and CLIENT.
• First point of contact to the CBRE service lines in terms of data, business analytics, data governance.
• Making sure defined data and analytics strategy is aligned with all service lines and delivers critical value to respective service lines managing account's expectations.

Perfect Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence(Tableau preferred) and good knowledge of SQL,
• Experience in working with data warehouses
• Project Management experience in Business Intelligence projects
• Ability to manage stakeholders' expectations
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders to gain requirements and gather information
• Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences (both internal and external) and train users outside of “technology world” - to explain complex matters in a simple way
• People management experience
• Agile mind-set
• Excellent analytical and visualization skills
• Focused on getting things done
• Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity
• Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
• Highly self-motivated and showing initiative, flexible and collaborative
• Responsible and mature attitude (responsibility for the managed reporting projects)
• A creative thinker and a problem-solver

DESIRABLE:

• Experience in Scrum, other agile frameworks
• Programming experience (JavaScript, Python, R)
• Commercial Real Estate knowledge
