Te Kaiurungi | About the Role
Hours: 37.5 hours per week to be worked between the hours 8.00am - 8.00pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required for occasional weekend work.
A Senior Leadership opportunity exists in our BNZ Customer Connection Hub as a Team Manager. Using your Coaching, Influencing and Leadership skills to help our team of Banking specialists perform at their very best. You will be responsible for the leadership, management and coaching of a team of up to 20 Bankers including;

Using your Coaching, Influencing and Leadership skills to help our team of Banking specialists perform at their very best. You will be responsible for the leadership, management and coaching of a team of up to 20 Bankers including;
- Creating and maintaining an engaged and high performing team culture
- Providing regular coaching to all Bankers to drive team performance
- Gathering insights and developing actions to optimise the customer experience
- Manage the banker selection process and ensure effective onboarding and induction
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Ō Pūkenga | About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 - 5 years proven leadership and management experience working with a diverse workforce ideally in a contact centre environment
- Ability to influence and work with various internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and the business
- Proven experience in coaching to develop and grow capability
