Bank Reconciliation Assistant

Remote Based Role - must be able to travel into Milton Keynes occasionally.

Full-Time 12 Month FTC

Due to growth our clients finance team are looking for a Bank Reconciliation Assistant who will be responsible for reconciling all schools bank accounts and responding to resulting queries.


Main

Responsibilities:

  1. To complete outstanding bank reconciliations and ensure they are maintained within the agreed timescales.
  2. Providing Summary Reporting for Cash and Bank Reconciliations.
  3. Liaise with schools and banking teams to ensure all outstanding queries are completed.
  4. Assist with Cash Posting at peak times.
  5. Assisting within the wider UK finance team, as necessary.




Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrable experience within bank reconciling.
  2. Familiar with cash posting process
  3. Familiar with managing cash flow
  4. Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  5. Able to data manipulate
  6. Confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders.
