Aim of the role is to gather market insight, structuring new business transactions, networking with current, and potential business partners. Role reports directly to the Board Members as well as working with internal departments/team members

M&A Manager

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Role Objectives:
  • Carrying on M&A business origination: identifying and pitching companies/projects that could be valuable for SIG business case,
  • Managing entire due diligence process (technical, legal, and financial) handled by internal departments,
  • Conduction financial modeling to support the assessment of M&A opportunities,
  • Negotiating purchase prices, and other SPA terms,
  • Executing SPA signing and closing,
  • Driving Pre and Post-closing Conditions,
  • Prepare comprehensive investment decks and financial models to support portfolios valuations and Investment Committee reviews,

Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record (and competencies) in deal creation, due diligence, financial modeling, and post-merger integration,
  • Professional background in a top tier M&A boutique, Corporate Finance/ Transaction Services or BIG 4, investment banks,
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to gather quick business understanding, what are the key factors and turning points,
  • Excellent analytical skills,
  • Ownership and entrepreneurial approach, M&A and PM capabilities,
  • An excellent level of English is mandatory.
