Dynamic IT company in Pretoria needs the full-time services of an experienced IT Business Analyst (BEE). Relevant IT degree or qualification in Business Analysis, plus minimum 3-4 years experience in IT projects and financial environments essential. Must have strong knowledge of digitisation, online business in financial (preferably banking) industry. Must have own transport and be prepared to travel to clients. Duties & Responsibilities

• Business Process Modelling, mapping and integration for the Knowledge areas.
• Analysis and documentation of business requirements
• Gap analysis - assisting business units with improving processes
• Understand system requirements
• Manage the implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of IT strategies
• Ensure alignment of IT strategies/projects to businesss strategic initiatives
• Develop business analysis standards for the BA competency
• Developing Process Control Manuals (PCMs)
• Liaison with Project Manager, client, developers, different stakeholders on site
• Ensure the service level agreements entered into with business are met
• Manage and enforce change control procedures

Relevant IT degree or Business Analysis qualification

3-5 years related experience in financial industry (banking knowledge recommended)

Own reliable transport and valid driver's license
