Description:
- Plans and executes audit work steps, gains agreement on root cause of issues and appropriate corrective actions with the business while maintaining positive relationships
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
- Identify process risks and associated internal controls, and evaluate effectiveness of those controls
- Understands audit best practices
- Enhance the organization's control environment and drive accountability on internal controls
- Partner cross-functionally
- Apply professional judgment when performing audits
- Communicate audit findings, and discuss findings with various internal partners

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-At least two years of audit experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner across organizational boundaries
- Adapt quickly and appropriately to changes
- Ability to work on multiple audits/projects at the same time
- Drives for progress on unresolved issues and actions
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment; utilize professional judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with performing process and control reviews, identify control gaps, and recommend opportunities for improvement
- ACL knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with Coupa, Oracle r12, Aravo, and/or QuickBase
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with data analytics
