Billing Assistant

We are looking for an adaptable and dynamic individual to join our finance team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be working on a temporary contract within the Billing team and contributing to delivering accurate and timely invoicing. You will be responsible for undertaking all tasks required to deliver an effective and efficient service to key stakeholders across the business.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure accurate billing across all sources of billing:
  • Recurring, transactional, milestone and one-off billing
  • Provide the required dataset to ensure that customers are accurately billed aligned to the agreed schedule
  • Ensure billing is completed to agreed SLA's

What you will be good at

  • Interpreting and analysing data
  • Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Communicating through verbal and written mediums
