A gifted and strategic finance leader is sought to join a successful and dynamic team supporting ministry across the Diocese.

The role includes responsibility for financial resources, planning and strategy at the Diocese and Cathedral, as well as providing guidance and support on financial matters to parishes and deaneries. It represents an opportunity to encourage the growth of church ministry at a diocese with a long history of engagement with local social issues.

The successful applicant will be a highly relational qualified accountant able to evidence strategic thinking and delivery. They will need to be in full support of the mission and aims of the Diocese of Leicester.
